Thank you so much for supporting Sunset Roses! Every item is thoughtfully designed and produced in small quantities, which means inventory is very limited.

Because of the small-batch nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. All sales are final.

That being said, your happiness is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to review it and work with you on a solution.
